Most earth selkie Gemstone Elixirs are made in limited batches in a biodynamic type fashion, meaning the planetary aspects and/or sabbats are incorporated into the intention. Certain elixirs are quite popular, my suggestion is if you see one you are interested in, don’t hesitate!

What is a Gemstone Elixir?

Gem Elixirs are liquid energetic remedies that can be used similar to Bach Flower Essences.  During the preparation, the electromagnetic vibration of the specific stone is transferred, concentrated, and preserved in the Elixir.

How do you use a Gem Elixir?

They can be taken internally, externally, for humans, animals and plants.
A few drops in your water bottle, or in a small amount of water or directly on/under your tongue taken daily or as needed depending on the Elixir, your sensitivities and needs. One can place a few drops on your Chakras, in your bath, on a candle or warmer, use in massage oil, put in a mister for an energetic room spray, get creative, use your instincts. You are your own best teacher!

What is the reccomended Dosage?

Generally one takes an Elixir daily for about a month before re-evaluating. Commonly no more than 5 different Elixirs, Bach Flower Remedies or other such energetic medicines are taken during that period. There is no harm in contiuing to use these for longer than a month.
For animals add a few drops into their food, or rub into their coats.
Plants respond well with  a few drops added to their water or spray their foliage with the energized water.

My Gem Elixirs are created with great attention to the surrounding energies at the time of infusion, during the bottling process as well as afterward while being stored. My mood is calm, peaceful and full of love, my mind is clear with intention, the room has been cleared and quiet. Usually they are made during a Full or New Moon and/or on a Sabbath (Samhain, Bealtaine, Lughnasadh, Imbolc, Solstices etc) periodically I simply follow the urge

Depending on the stone or crystal used they are either placed in the water or against the glass container. Often Spiritual guidence is part of the process, either in choosing which stones or the combinations, or in the manner of the process (specific intentions, specific people to give it to, specific symbols to infuse with it etc) Reiki Energy is channeled to each batch and various times spent on an Altar, under the Moonlight or in the Sunlight are incorporated.

Often Ph Balanced Kangen water is used and usually they are preserved with Brandy. Non Alcoholic options can be created upon request. Apple Cider Vinegar can be used for example, or no preservative if they are to be consumed immediately. 

Amounts are generally 5ml – 10 ml sealed brown bottles with a dropper top (not the squeeze type droppers)

A large variety of Elixirs can be made. The regular healing properties of the stone/crystal are the same in an elixir. This is an ingestible & concentrated way to receive these properties and it opens up a variety of applications as noted above. I have many stones and crystals on hand. How do Gem Elixirs work?

Think back to science class. Everything is comprised of vibrating molecules. The faster and closer together the denser the object. Slower and farther apart creates gases and etheric properties. Often dis-ease, physical, emotional or spiritual disharmony is associated with energy (or partical vibration) that is blocked, concentrated, is too low or even too strong. The idea is to balance and restore beneficial energy to give renewed vitality, health and a zest for life.
There are many modalities that work with this concept as a portion of their basis. Homeopathy, Reiki, Bach Flower Remedies are a few.

How do I know which Gemstone Elixir to take?

There are a few ways you could determine this.

•  One would be to look up the healing properties of crystals and find one that fits your needs – on physical & emotional levels. Take a look at the major events in your life and keep those in mind while you research.
• You could muscle test with various crystal or elixirs.
• Go to a Rock & Gem Store and see what crystals you are drawn to or who call out to you.
• Just ask someone with knowledge of Crystals and their uses.
• When I create batches I draw up a list of the healing properties, Intentions set, Planetary aspects that play a part along with any other healings or spirit messages incorporated. See what fits for you or a loved one!
